This year, Game in the City will again be organising a Trade Fair on both days in collaboration with various research and network partners. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your company or product to the attention of conference visitors and participants. In addition, there will be three or four guided VIP tours of the various stands with entrepreneurs and interested parties from outside the game industry.

Business-to-Business Trade Fair
Business-to-Business Trade Fair organised and sponsored by Syntens and the Chamber of Commerce. At the Fair, visitors will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the latest developments in media and games, discussed during the conference and workshops in the morning, at the stands of the various innovative media companies. Young Talents Trade Fair
Young Talents Traid Fair aimed at students and professionals who want to share knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere. Participating in the Trade Fair
There is a limited number of stands (max. 40) available to present your company during the Trade Fair. Stands will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. You can register by sending an email specifying the day(s) you would like to present a stand.
Costs
The costs of participation are €350 for one day and €450 for two days for a stand that includes a table, electricity and internet (limited Wi-Fi available). These costs also include admission, lunch and drinks for two people, mention of company name, logo and link on the website and on location, but exclude admission to the Control Industry Dinner and the awards.

- sole traders have the option of sharing a stand.
